• Please note that guest are requested to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note if booking is made on someone else’s behalf, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing at least 3 days prior the arrival date. Please note that the hotel reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival. All guests staying are required to provide their original passport or UAE identity card. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of the guest who are not registered upon check-in. Guests who wish to have an extra bed, must reserve beforehand with the property and charges will apply. Extra bed charges are not inclusive of breakfast. The maximum number of children that are specified under each room type will be accommodated free of cost and are expected to share the existing beds with their parents. Should they wish to have an extra bed the same should be reserved and changes applicable. Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. PCR test is available at the hotel on an additional Coast (Subjected to Availability) All guests must register upon arrival. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed in guestrooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
